Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission
As the federally funded metropolitan planning organization, DVRPC also provides data and consulting services to public and private sector organizations, and fosters cooperation among all levels of government. The nine counties served by DVRPC include Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania, and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer in New Jersey.
